Devlog 3 - General Status Update

Devlog 3 - First Designs and General Status Update

Hello again, we're back once more. This time it's going to be very short sadly, this last month was really heavy on me, i've had some problems with my laptop and needed to replace some parts so that took some time off everything else i had going on, but even so there is a few things to be said and shown.

So let's get started then.

Meet Skelly:

During this last month i was wonking on my 3D modeling skills for the characters in the game. I am aware that this is not even close to being one of the best models out there but it was a good start considering i had no references of were to start and how to make this. After i've finished it I decided that this was not the style i wanted for the game so it probably won't be added anyway, but i still wanted to show that i've been working on the project even with the recent events making it a bit more difficult.

Future Updates and After Thoughts:

Since the last update i've noticed that i've been overstressing myself trying to make a bigger thing out of this project and that was slowing my workflow considerably so I've come to the conclusion that it will be better if i keep things simple and stick with the original idea i had for this game. No direct controll, No intricate combat system (though the one i've got now will most certanly be reworked), No monumental lore or plot-twists, and hopefully i'll have a more presentable project before the end of the year.

If any of you reading this want to leave a comment it will be very much appreciated, send me tips, reference materials, general thoughts or anything you want, especially if it's about the art style for the game, because i'm yet to decide on that.

Till the next update.
